What is Autocharge?
With Autocharge, charging your car starts completely automatically when you connect it to a fast charger.
How does Autocharge work?
Cars that support Autocharge have a unique ID that is sent to the charger upon connection. This ID is then sent to us, and we can automatically identify which Bilkraft account should be charged. No extra actions are necessary!
How do I activate Autocharge?
Activating Autocharge is easy! Go to My Bilkraft, My details, and then Autocharge. Here, you can register your car while you are at a charging station. We check if your car supports Autocharge during registration. After this, you do not need to use the app or a tag when charging – just plug in your car, and charging will start automatically on your Bilkraft account. You can still open the Bilkraft app to check the charging status. It will be displayed under Active charging with all the technical charging data.
The only thing you need to ensure is that you have a valid payment card registered on your Bilkraft account.
How do I stop an Autocharge session?
You can easily stop the charging in the app or in the car, just like with regular charging. Receipt and technical charging data can be found in the usual places.
Which chargers support Autocharge?
All Eviny fast and ultra-fast chargers support Autocharge. Normal chargers (AC charging up to 22 kW) unfortunately do not support Autocharge.
Which cars support Autocharge?
Autocharge is only supported by cars with a CCS charging port. This means that cars like the Nissan Leaf or early KIA Soul models are not supported. No cars from Volkswagen, Skoda, or Audi support Autocharge. It may also vary for other models depending on the car’s software and battery pack. We check if your car supports Autocharge during registration.
What should I do if I see that an Autocharge session has started and my car is not charging?
Contact Eviny customer service immediately!
Can multiple users have Autocharge on the same car?
No, only one Bilkraft account can have Autocharge for one car.
How do I turn off Autocharge?
You can turn off Autocharge by going to the vehicle menu in the Bilkraft app and using the button to toggle Autocharge on/off. When Autocharge is deactivated, charging will not start automatically.
